Marketing has become more advanced over the years with marketers coming up with solutions to make their jobs simpler. One such innovation is the combination of AI with Marketing or Artificial Intelligence Marketing. Think of AI as a machine-powered version of mankind's cognitive skills. AI machines have the ability to interact with humans in a way that feels natural. They can understand complex concepts and extract insight from the information they're given. AI can, like humans, reason and learn which makes them more valuable as time goes by. In the healthcare field, medical professionals are using it to analyze patient data, explain lab results, and support busy doctors. In the security industry, AI helps firms detect potential threats like malicious software in real time. Similarly, the marketing industry applies AI to combine data and identify key audience and performance insights, thus freeing them up to be more strategic and creative with their campaigns.

AI Marketing uses customer data and AI concepts such as machine learning to anticipate a customer’s future actions and improve their customer experience. There are three core elements of AI Marketing: big data, machine learning, and powerful solutions. Big data refers to a marketer’s ability to aggregate and segment large sets of data with minimal manual work. This data can then be used to build clearer pictures of their target audience and to guarantee that the right message is being delivered to the right person at the right time, via the channel of choice. Through the insights of big data, digital marketers can greatly boost their campaigns’ performance and ROI, all of which can be achieved with little to no extra effort on the marketer’s part.

Another core element is machine learning. Machine learning platforms are useful for marketers trying to make sense of a huge data source. This form of AI helps identify trends or common occurrences and effectively predict common insights, responses, and reactions which helps marketers understand the root cause and likelihood of certain actions repeating. Finally, powerful solutions or AI marketing solutions understand the world the way a human would. Thus, these platforms can successfully identify insightful concepts and themes across huge data sets, extremely fast. Since the AI solutions interpret emotion and communication like humans, they are able to understand open form content like social media, natural language, and email responses. All these features help marketers with the efficiency and quality of their content.
